The number of flightless birds in the world is much higher than you think but the birds of Tiny Chick have ambitions to touch the sky. Unfortunately, they're held back by the fact that their wings haven't fully developed yet (and that they appear to be chickens). But they will still reach high because what they lack in wing strength they make up for in leg strength. That's right, these baby birds have developed their hopping to help them launch into the air. They still need training and that's where the obstacle course comes in and your guidance to get them through it.
About Tiny Chick
Rage games have become popular despite their name due to the satisfaction caused by making progress in them. This game could qualify as rage-inducing as it seems to take notes from Flappy Bird. That infamous title may no longer be in circulation, but games like this one are here to pick up the slack. It's not as stressful as its peers since you actually have time to make your move, but every move you make is final. Once you get the mastery of the launch, you can find yourself beating the challenge and at the same time, you'll beat any rage it may have caused you.
How to Play
Tiny Chick is a voxel-style 2.5D endless runner game about a baby chick launching itself through various obstacles using the mouse or keyboard. Either hold the Left Mouse Button or the Spacebar to charge the jump and then let go to launch. The obstacles take the form of pillars with gaps in them. Your goal is to make it through as many gaps as possible aiming to improve your personal best every time.
The gaps in the pillars can be high or low and spawn either close or far away from each other. You need to launch the chick safely through the gap so that it lands on the other side. If the chick jumps and makes contact with the pillar or lands on the ground before reaching the pillar, they'll be knocked out and you'll have to retry the run again. You'll gain coins the farther and farther you go. These can be spent in the main menu in the shop where you change the appearance of your chick. However, these details are purely cosmetic.
Tips and Tricks
Although you can take as much time as you want to plan your jump, you'll be locked in once you press the launch button since the arc will only go up and stop when it hits its max. You also need to be wary of jumping too short as the next pillar may spawn far away and you won't have enough launch power to reach it.
